Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you use the Platform.

1. Information You Provide Directly

We may collect information you choose to provide, including:

  • Wallet addresses you connect, enter, or use with the Platform
  • Profile, project, or token metadata you submit, such as names, symbols, descriptions, logos, websites, X/Twitter links, Telegram links, Discord links, and similar content
  • Authentication information if you choose optional sign-in or account-linking features, such as Google, Discord, X/Twitter, or other supported providers
  • Support or contact messages you send to us
  • Notification preferences and browser push-subscription data if you enable push notifications
  • Other content or settings you submit through forms, profiles, contests, communities, or similar Platform features

2. Information We Collect Automatically

When you use the Platform, we and our infrastructure providers may automatically receive or generate technical information such as:

  • IP address, coarse geolocation inferred from network traffic, request timestamps, referrer information, and server request metadata
  • Browser, device, and operating-system information
  • Connected or active page URLs
  • Session identifiers used to operate, secure, and debug the Platform
  • Diagnostic and error data, including JavaScript errors, failed network requests, stack traces, component names, and related troubleshooting context
  • Push-subscription status and service-worker state where relevant to notification delivery

3. Information Stored in Your Browser

We use browser storage technologies such as cookies, localStorage, and similar local storage to support the Platform. Depending on the feature, this may include:

  • Appearance and interface preferences
  • Session continuity and account-binding state
  • Cached portfolio or wallet-related views
  • Saved filters, selected chains, dismissed announcements, or similar preferences
  • Notification-related status needed to keep features working consistently

If you disable cookies or browser storage, some features may not function properly.

4. Public Blockchain Information

Blockchain networks are public by design. If you connect a wallet or submit transactions, the following may be visible to us and to anyone else who can read the relevant blockchain:

  • Wallet addresses
  • Transaction hashes
  • Token balances and transfers
  • Smart-contract interactions
  • Other publicly available on-chain activity

We do not control public blockchain records and cannot delete or alter them.

5. Information from Third Parties

We may receive information from third parties when needed to provide the Platform, including:

  • Wallet connectivity providers and supported wallet software
  • RPC, blockchain, indexing, and infrastructure providers
  • Social sign-in or identity providers if you choose to use them
  • Notification, media, CDN, upload, or security providers
  • Third-party protocols, bridges, or DeFi services you choose to interact with through the Platform

How We Use Information

We may use information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Platform
  • Authenticate users and maintain session integrity
  • Connect wallets and support optional custodial or social sign-in flows
  • Process and display token-launch submissions, profiles, notifications, and other user-requested features
  • Debug issues, monitor failures, and protect the reliability and security of the Platform
  • Detect, investigate, prevent, or respond to abuse, fraud, phishing, spam, security incidents, or misuse
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms, policies, and rights
  • Communicate with you about support requests, account issues, or important service changes

We do not need your private keys or recovery phrase to operate the Platform, and you should never share them with us or anyone else.

When We Share Information

We may share information in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers and infrastructure partners that help us host, secure, deliver, monitor, or maintain the Platform
  • Blockchain networks and counterparties, when your use of the Platform causes information to be broadcast on-chain or sent to third-party protocols
  • Identity, wallet, notification, CDN, analytics, upload, or security providers where needed to deliver the feature you chose to use
  • Legal or regulatory authorities, courts, or law enforcement when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, users, or the Platform
  • Corporate transaction participants, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, asset sale, or similar business transaction

We do not sell your personal information in exchange for money.

Public and User-Submitted Content

Certain information may become public or be displayed to other users because of the way the Platform works. This may include:

  • Wallet addresses you use publicly on-chain
  • Token-launch or profile metadata you submit for publication
  • Public social links or usernames you choose to associate with a profile, token, or submission
  • On-chain activity that third parties can independently observe

Please do not submit information you do not want to make public.

Push Notifications

If you enable push notifications, your browser or device will create a push subscription containing endpoint and encryption data needed to deliver notifications. We use that information to send product notifications you requested and to manage subscription status, including unsubscribe requests and key rotation.

You can disable notifications in your browser settings and, where available, in the Platform settings.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the security and integrity of the service.

Retention periods vary by data type:

  • Public blockchain data may remain available indefinitely because it is stored on public ledgers outside our control
  • Browser-stored preferences and caches remain until they expire, are overwritten, or you clear them
  • Operational and diagnostic logs may be retained for security, fraud prevention, debugging, and reliability needs
  • Account, notification, support, or submission data may be retained as long as needed for the relevant feature or compliance purpose

International Transfers

The Platform may be operated, hosted, or supported by providers in multiple countries. By using the Platform, you understand that information may be processed outside your country of residence, including in jurisdictions that may have different data-protection laws than your own.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable law, including the right to:

  • Request access to personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of information, subject to legal and operational limits
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
  • Request a copy of certain information in a portable format

You may also be able to control certain information directly by:

  • Disconnecting your wallet
  • Revoking permissions in third-party wallet or OAuth providers
  • Turning off browser notifications
  • Clearing cookies or local browser storage

To make a privacy request, contact support@moonflow.club.

Children's Privacy

The Platform is not directed to children, and our Terms require users to be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no internet transmission, wallet integration, browser environment, or storage system is completely secure.

You are responsible for securing your own devices, wallets, accounts, and credentials. Never share your private keys, recovery phrase, or wallet secrets.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Platform after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised Policy.
